The L12721 is an open-type microfocus X-ray source using a reflection target, with an integrated high-voltage power supply and supporting high-power operation at 300 kV. It features a tube voltage of 20–300 kV, maximum output of 200 W, minimum resolution of 4 µm, short FOD of 5 mm, X-ray beam angle of 40°–60°, and RS-232C communication.
Designed for high-resolution non-destructive X-ray inspection of electronic devices, mounted boards, automotive parts, and other industrial components.
