Microfocus X-ray source L15851 is a sealed-type microfocus X-ray source using a transmission target. It features a tube voltage of 90–130 kV, maximum output of 39 W, minimum focal spot size of 11 µm, short FOD of 0.25 mm, X-ray beam angle of 166°, and RS-232C communication.
