Multi-Cure 9451 ā True Black Conformal Coating with Secondary Heat Cure
Dymax Multi-Cure 9451 is a UV/Visible light-curable black conformal coating designed to protect printed circuit boards (PCBs) while ensuring tamper-evidence and visual concealment. This 100% solids, true black coating provides excellent surface protection and is optimized for single-pass applications up to 0.004 inches in thickness.
Featuring a secondary heat-cure mechanism, 9451 ensures full curing in shadowed areas where light cannot reach, making it ideal for complex board geometries. Its one-part formulation eliminates the need for mixing, simplifying the application process. The coating is particularly effective at concealing board components, features, or sensitive data, offering both physical protection and tamper resistance.
