Radiometry is an essential technique for measuring the light output from a UV curing system in order to maintain a precise and repeatable UV curing process. The ability to accurately measure and calibrate light intensity in UV LED spot curing is a critical aspect to controlling a UV curing process but can be challenging for UV assembly manufacturers. UV measuring systems must capture the narrow beam at the center of a detecting sensor at an exact focal height in order to determine the peak irradiance.
We offer a range of radiometric and calibration devices to allow users to efficiently and accurately measure and calibrate the peak irradiance or optical power in an assembly- manufacturing environment directly with an LX500 controller or remotely with a Light Meter System (LM2011 + LS200).
Two options for measuring and calibrating UV light output are available to meet the demands of your manufacturing process, Irradiance (W/cm2) using the OmniCure LS200 or Optical Power (W) using the OmniCure LS200P. Unmatched control and repeatability can be achieved when used with an OmniCure Beam Positioning Kit and LX500 controller.
