Phoseon FireJet ONE UV LED Large-Area Curing System is a high-performance 20 W/cm² UV LED curing system engineered for curing inks, coatings, and adhesives where high power and a compact form factor are essential. Available in widths ranging from 75 mm to 375 mm, multiple FireJet ONE lamps can be easily combined in a scalable configuration using daisy-chain connectivity for extended curing width.
Featuring proprietary optical design, the FireJet ONE ensures exceptional light uniformity across the substrate surface. The system is fully self-contained, enabling simple integration into existing or new production lines. It can be operated via PLC signals for instant on/off control, power adjustment, and basic functions, or through digital communication for advanced status and monitoring.
The FireJet ONE also supports Modbus TCP protocol, allowing high-speed data exchange and remote system access for smart factory integration.
