SpeedMask 729 is a UV-curable masking resin engineered to provide outstanding protection for surfaces and cavities of turbine components during acid stripping, high-temperature plating, and other aggressive chemical treatments. This 100% organic resin cures rapidly with appropriate UV light exposure.
After processing, the maskant can be easily removed by incineration at temperatures ā„650Ā°C [1200Ā°F], leaving the surface residue-free and producing minimal ash.
Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light. When paired with Dymax curing systemsāspot lamps, focused beam, flood lamps, or conveyorsāusers achieve optimal speed, deep cure, and maximum efficiency in production.
