SpeedMask 9-7001 is a UV light-curable protective maskant that cures within seconds and visibly changes color from pink to clear, allowing instant confirmation of cure status. This material offers one-layer masking protection for connector pins and PCB surfaces during conformal coating processes, especially in solvent-based or UV-curable applications.
It is compatible with gold and copper connectors, resisting most solvent-based coatings and primers. The high-visibility pink color pre-cure allows precise manual or automated dispensing. After curing, the maskant can be peeled off easily without leaving behind ionic contaminants or silicone residue.
