The Dymax ECE 5000 delivers moderate to high UV intensity across a 5" × 5" (12.7 × 12.7 cm) curing area, enabling fast, reliable curing of UV-curable adhesives, coatings, and inks. Designed for versatility, it supports a wide range of industrial applications including bonding, sealing, and encapsulating, and is particularly well-suited for automotive, electronics, optical, and medical device assembly.
The modular design of the ECE Series includes a 400W metal-halide UV bulb, power supply, and reflector housing. Optional accessories—such as shielding, shutters, and mounting stands—allow the system to function as a standalone benchtop unit or be seamlessly integrated into automated production lines.
ECE flood lamp systems are available in fully integrated, ready-to-use packages, offering easy setup, process control, and enhanced safety. They are ideal for curing large bond lines, multi-part trays, or coating and printing applications—making them an excellent choice for prototyping, low-volume production, or R&D environments.
